'I see no reason to leave Atletico Madrid' - Antoine Griezmann

Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann has said that he has no plans to leave the club and called the constant questioning over whether he will go to Manchester United tiresome.

Although the 25-year-old is under contract at Atletico until 2021, there has been regular speculation that United are among the clubs considering paying the €100 million release clause in his contract.

Griezmann said he is staying right where he is.

"I am always asked the same question and I am pretty sick of it, but like I always say, I am very happy here," he told Spain's TVE Telediario de La1. "I have learned a lot over time, I have the best teammates and a top coach. So I am doing very well here and there is no reason to go."

There's Nothing Wrong With Egg Yolks, They are Good for Consumption

Eggs are great, but be sure to only eat the whites, because that ugly yellow blob in the middle is teeming with cholesterol. And you don't want high cholesterol, do you? After all, you are what you eat (in your case, mostly bacon grease and your own words).
Ah, but the most recent evidence indicates that although egg yolk does contain most of an egg's cholesterol, foods high in dietary cholesterol have little to no effect on your blood cholesterol. This means that egg yolks do not actually increase your risk of heart disease. The yolks are in fact the healthiest part of the egg. They have more of the good stuff -- phosphorus, calcium, zinc, folate, and B12 vitamins -- along with things that the white doesn't have at all, such as vitamins A, D, E, and K. Of course, this isn't to say the white is bad. It's just a little bland and a lot overrated. It's the Top 40 of the egg world.

Humble Xabi Alonso should go down as a midfield great

The Spaniard, who will retire this summer, won every major honour in the game but, more than that, he was a class act on and off the field

"Lived it. Loved it. Farewell, beautiful game." Xabi Alonso's retirement announcement was wonderfully fitting: short and sweet; simple and effective. Just like the midfielder's play.

For that reason, he probably never got the credit he deserved. He will bring the curtain down on his career this summer having won every major honour in football, yet there are those that do not consider him one of the game's greatest playmakers.

Why North Korea may be President Trump's greatest foreign policy challenge

PHOTO: This undated picture released by North Koreas Korean Central News Agency on March 7, 2017 shows North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un supervising the launching of four ballistic missiles during a military drill at an undisclosed location.

Forget Russia, Iran or even ISIS. North Korea is shaping up to be the Trump administration’s greatest foreign policy challenge and one the United States can’t afford to ignore, some experts say.

Russian cyber-attacks and Islamic terrorism have captured much of the international stage, but they do not pose an "existential threat" to the United States like North Korea does, according to those experts.

North Korea evolved into the nuclear-armed enigma it is today long before President Trump took office. Now, the reclusive, authoritarian state is testing America’s newest commander-in-chief with a round of provocative missile tests. Experts told ABC News that Trump’s administration must come up with a plan to curb North Korea’s missile and nuclear development program -- and it must do so quickly.

IS gunmen in white lab coats kill 30 in Kabul hospital

Gunmen wearing white lab coats stormed a military hospital in Afghanistan's capital on Wednesday, killing at least 30 people and wounding dozens in an attack claimed by the Islamic State group.

The attack on the 400-bed military facility, located near two civilian hospitals in Kabul's heavily-guarded diplomatic quarter, set off clashes with security forces that lasted several hours.

The brazen assault reflected the capability of militant groups in Afghanistan to stage large-scale and complex attacks in the heart of Kabul, underscoring the challenges the government continues to face to improve security for ordinary Afghans.

Gen. Dawlat Waziri, a Defense Ministry spokesman, said there were "more than 30 killed and more than 50 wounded" in the attack. Afghan forces battled the attackers floor by floor, he added. The ministry said the attackers were dressed like health workers.

HHS Secretary Tom Price dodges on whether new health care plan is guaranteed to cover all Americans

Dr. Tom Price, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, told ABC News this morning that it is "certainly the goal" for health care to be less expensive and to provide coverage for all, but he didn't guarantee that would be the case.

Of the GOP's proposed Obamacare replacement, Price said he and his colleagues are trying to "fix a system that isn't working."

The new health care bill, which was previewed by House Republicans this week, bears some similarities to the Obama-era Affordable Care Act (ACA): tax credits, protections for people with health problems and the ability of parents to keep young adults on their insurance. It has nevertheless drawn sharp criticism from Democrats, health care advocates, and even many conservatives, who would prefer to see a total repeal.

President Muhammadu Buhari with APC Chieftains, Bisi Akande and Bola Tinubu in London

While running for president in 2007, former President Umar Yar’Adua looked clearly weak. But former President Olusegun Obasanjo, who tapped Mr. Yar’Adua to succeed him, said he threw his support behind the late president because he understood he was medically fit to govern Nigeria.

GOP Hill leaders back away from Trump on wiretap allegations

The top Republicans investigating Russia's interference in the US election declined Tuesday to back up President Donald Trump's claims that then-President Barack Obama wiretapped his Manhattan headquarters last year -- leaving the White House on its own to explain the stunning allegation.
When pressed on whether he believed Trump's allegations, House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes -- one of Trump's strongest supporters in the House and a member of his transition team -- brushed aside the President's allegations.
"A lot of the things he says, you guys take literally," Nunes told reporters Tuesday. Nunes later hedged his comments and said that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn may have been wiretapped and that Trump had raised "valid questions" about how his aides were listened in on.
Across the Capitol, Senate Intelligence Chairman Richard Burr, who is leading a concurrent investigation into Russia's interference, said he had not seen any evidence of Trump's claims.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger 'looks like a lost man' after Bayern loss - Wright

Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright believes Arsene Wenger's reign at the club is "imploding."

Arsenal conceded five second-half goals to Bayern Munich at Emirates Stadium to slump to a 5-1 loss in the second leg of their Champions League round-of-16 tie, going down 10-2 on aggregate.

Defeat, sparked when Laurent Koscielny was controversially dismissed in conceding a penalty which led to Bayern's equaliser on the night, followed reports ahead of the match of a training ground bust-up involving star player Alexis Sanchez.

That was denied by Wenger, but Wright said it would take a "cataclysmic effort" for the Frenchman to revitalise his team.

Embattled Andrew Yakubu has restated his claim that the $9,772,800 and £74,000 recovered from where he kept them in a house in Kaduna last month were gifts he got over a period of time.

The former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) reiterated this in an affidavit, which he filed before a Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday, he however stated that the sums of money, which amounted to about N3bn, were not gifts he got “as a public servant or while he was a public servant”.
