Theresa May has been captured laughing in a disturbing manner at Prime Minister's Questions.
On Wednesday, just before the Budget, May sat back in her chair and feverishly convulsed with laughter in the House of Commons.
May found something Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said absolutely hilarious.
The PM shuddered in response to questions by Corbyn regarding an alleged deal struck between the Government and Surrey Council.
