A pretty South African girl, Karabo Mokoena who was declared missing, has been found dead.

Karabo went missing on the 28th of April, prompting family and friends to launch a search for her.

According to Karabo's friend, Steph, the deceased's ID and passport were found in a dustbin in Sandton.

Reports say Karabo was 'killed and burnt by her boyfriend', Sandile in a luxury apartment in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Sandile was said to have "helped" the family to search for the missing lady even after murdering her.

He reportedly confessed that he killed his girlfriend.

Friends of the deceased have however taken to social media to mourn her.

Recently, a father named Tshepo Mokoena posted about his missing daughter, Karabo Mokoena.

Today we wake up the sad news: she's been found dead.

She was killed and burnt to ashes by this boy-friend demon. The boy-friend (on the picture) confessed.

According to Karabo’s friend Stephy Leong the boyfriend has been arrested.

Gauteng police spokesperson Captain Mavela Masondo confirmed that the man was arrested at his home in Sandton and will be appearing in the Johannesburg Central Magistrates’ Court on May 12.
