Chelsea consider Nathan Ake loan recall from Bournemouth - sources

Nathan Ake Bournemouth
LONDON -- Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte is considering the possibility of recalling Nathan Ake from loan at Bournemouth in January, with sources telling ESPN FC that a decision on the youngster's future should be made this weekend.
Ake was deemed surplus to first-team requirements at Chelsea by Conte in the summer and sent on a season-long loan to the Vitality Stadium, where he has broken into Eddie Howe's starting XI in recent weeks and produced a series of impressive performances.
But Chelsea's switch to a 3-4-3 formation has underlined the need for another natural left footer in the squad to compete with Marcos Alonso at wing-back as well as provide additional cover in the centre, and the deal that took Ake to Bournemouth has a recall clause.
"Ake is a really good player and now in the last five games he's started to play with Bournemouth and is playing every game," Conte said at a news conference on Friday. "Honestly, I'm evaluating his situation, because Ake could be an interesting opportunity in this window, yes, for us."
Kenedy is also back training at Chelsea after a failed loan spell at Watford, but Conte is keen to assess he and Charly Musonda -- who returned to Cobham after a similarly unsatisfactory spell at Real Betis -- in January before making any decision on whether to keep or loan them again.
Ake's return in January would lessen Chelsea's need to bring in defensive reinforcements in the difficult winter window, and Conte revealed on Friday that Kurt Zouma's imminent return after an 11-month absence due to an injury means he is unlikely to sign a central defender this month.

Pain Ends (Meaningful Poem)

Breathe in the fresh air,
Put your mind at ease.
Let down your hair,
Let it flow in the breeze.

Let your eyes wander
To all the beauty to be seen.
If those toxic thoughts you still do ponder,
Then let out a scream.

Scream until the pain is gone,
Until you're no longer feel afraid.
Open your eyes to a new dawn,
Let the darkness fade.

No longer compare yourself
Or your flaws to others' perfections.
Take the negativity off the shelf,
Focus on your direction.

Pick the sadness up off the floor,
Sweep it into the wind.
Close the door on self-hatred,
Never let it back in.

For the lies it would often tell you,
You will no longer agree.
Happiness and love are what you should hold onto,
They are whom you should give the key.

Pay no attention to the toxic thoughts,
Listen to those who adore everything you are.
Overthinking was what you once were taught,
But now those thoughts you put in a jar.

Focus on your goals,
Never lose your fight.
It's time to open new scrolls,
Everything will be alright.

KYLE RICHARDS IF YOU HATE TRUMP WATCH 'CELEB APPRENTICE'!!!

Kyle Richards is one clever chick ... she's figured out an angle to pump up viewership for "Celebrity Apprentice" ... and it involves harnessing the Trump haters.

We got Kyle at Craig's in WeHo Friday night, reacting to the twitter war between Trump and his replacement host, Arnold Schwarzenegger. As you know, Trump claimed ratings victory, even though his comparison was really apples to oranges.

Kyle's kind of brilliant ... her message is that Trump cares so much about ratings the way to yutz him good is beat him at his own game.

Meet Pastor Obayemi, the former SA appointed by Pastor Adeboye as RCCG National Overseer

It is no longer news that Pastor Enoch Adejare has stepped down as the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Nigeria.

He made the announcement on Saturday, December 7, as his members and all the lovers of the man of God were stunned since they were not expecting such a shocking move by the world renowned leader.

Pastor Adeboye became the GO of the RCCG in 1991 and at age 74 (after more than two decades in the same post), he decided to allow a 'fresh blood' in the frame of Pastor Joseph Obayemi, to take the mantle of leadership from him in Nigeria while he remains the worldwide leader of the ministry.

Many Nigerians, unlike RCCG members, are not totally conversant with the man who is to now become the new face of the ministry, therefore, we present six solid facts you should know about the man who will now head the church in Nigeria.

1. Pastor Obayemi was picked from Lagos state, as he was the clergyman in charge of Lagos Province 28, Region 2.

2. As one of the prominent ministers of the assembly, he has been one of the decision makers as a member of the governing council of RCCG.

3. He also seems to be a trustworthy fellow to have been picked by Pastor Adeboye as he was a deputy in charge of Finance.

4. The incoming GO also headed the board of governors, House fellowship of the RCCG body.

5. His selection may also have been based on the fact that he was a special assistant to Daddy GO on Finance PICR in the region where he was the pastor.

6. In 2015, he laid the foundation of the place of worship of the province, although it was a temporary site.

Meanwhile, Nigerians are still in shock over the report that Daddy GO has stepped down and made Pastor Obayemi the number one man in RCCG Nigeria.

LIL WAYNE TO BIRDMAN YOU GOTTA PAY ME Before 'Carter V' Plays

Birdman -- Furious at Lil Wayne ... No Respek Means No Deal!
Birdman was "full of s***" when he declared Lil Wayne's "Tha Carter V" was coming out soon, and that's according to Lil Wayne himself.
Our Weezy sources tell us the rapper thinks Birdman needs to stop crowing about the now-mythical album, and start paying about it because there's been zero movement in their legal/financial war.
We're told Wayne heard Birdman saying he's putting the beef behind him, but believes the Cash Money honcho's just trying to "look like the nice guy." Weezy's yet to hear a peep about settling his his $51 million lawsuit, and until he does ... nothing changes. As we first reported, Wayne's holding the master recording.
All hope isn't dead. Our Cash Money sources say -- as recently as last week -- Birdman met with Universal Music Group trying to hammer out a payment that will make Wayne happy.
And if there's any doubt he's not happy -- on NYE in Miami, Weezy told his fans ... "If you see Stunna, tell him I said, 'F*** him!'"
Sooo ... don't count your Carter 5s before they hatch.

Let's Do It Anyway (Meaningful Poem)

When life is full of sufferings and hardships, you might be depressed.
Let's just live life anyway.

When you are happy, people may be jealous.
Let's just be happy anyway.

When you are kind, you might be accused of selfish motives.
Let's just be kind anyway.

When you are honest, some people may cheat you.
Let's just be honest anyway.

When you trust others, you might be betrayed.
Let's just trust others anyway.

When you succeed, you win false friends and true enemies.
Let's just succeed anyway.

When people are unreasonable and selfish, you might be hurt.
Let's just forgive them anyway.

When you've built for years, someone might destroy it overnight.
Let's just build on anyway.

When people make mistakes, you might have to suffer.
Let's give them a second chance anyway.

When you do something good today, it might be forgotten tomorrow.
Let's just do good anyway.

When people realize their mistakes and apologize for it,
Maybe it's time to forgive them anyway.

When you give your best, it might not seem enough.
Let's give our best anyway.

You see, the final analysis is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.

Arik Air grounds international flights over aviation fuel scarcity

The scarcity of aviation fuel has forced Arik Air to suspend its domestic and international flights from the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos, but the airline’s action however did not go down well with its stranded passengers as they staged a protest at the airport raining verbal abuses and physically assaulting the airline staff. Trouble started at the international terminal of the Lagos airport when the airline’s passengers especially those billed to travel to Johannesburg and New York waited endlessly without any boarding announcements being made for their flights. The airline later explained that it had difficulty sourcing for fuel for the flights.
However, sensing a breakdown of the peace, Policemen from the airport command were drafted to prevent the angry passengers from damaging facilities at the international airport. It would be the third time in the last six weeks that passengers would clash with the airline’s staff following the cancellation or suspension of flight operations by Arik Air.
Arik Air in a statement by its spokesman, Adebanji Ola however condemned the incessant attacks by passengers on its staff and property in recent weeks.
Ola said: “Arik Air strongly condemns the incessant and increasing number of attacks on our staff and property in the recent months. As a flag carrier for Nigeria, the airline expresses it disappointment and dismay that the Aviation Security department (AVSEC) of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and all the other security agencies in the country cannot ensure or guarantee the safety of our personnel when on duty across the various airports in the country.
“This serious breach of security and lawlessness by some of the passengers to assault and cause bodily harm to the airline’s personnel cannot and will not continue to be tolerated. “Passengers continue to take the laws into their hands and the severity and frequencies of such criminal acts are on the rise due to lack of appropriate action or preventative measures from the security agencies,” Ola added.

[VIDEO] Kenyan Woman Wants Her Money Back After Witch Doctor Failed To Get Her Married In 2016

A Kenyan woman is demanding for a refund from a witch doctor who could not secure her a husband in 2016 despite meeting all the conditions the doctor set for her.

The woman was issued with a list of demands by the witch doctor identified as Abdalla Koka, in order to make the wedding happen, including bow-legged ants, a hen, dust from a Modern Coast Bus as it passes Voi town and the vehicle was to be driven by a specific driver.

The video was reportedly recorded three days before the end of 2016 when it dawned on her that no husband was forthcoming.

Is popcorn healthy?

Whether popcorn is "healthy" depends how you eat it.

In its purest form -- that is, plain air-popped kernels -- it's a healthy, whole-grain, antioxidant-rich snack food that comes at a pretty low-calorie cost for those who like to mindlessly nibble: A three-cup serving of air-popped popcorn has only 93 calories, 1 gram of fat and close to 4 grams of fiber.
But movie theater popcorn, which is popped in coconut oil before salt and a "buttery topping" are added, is a distant cousin to its more clean-living relative.
According to a report from the Center for Science in the Public Interest, a medium bucket of popcorn holds 20 cups and contains 1,200 calories, 980 milligrams of sodium and 60 grams of saturated fat, or about three days worth. Even if you ate only 3 cups (probably unlikely), you would still consume about half a day's worth of saturated fat.
If you're buying pre-popped popcorn in supermarkets, be sure to check nutrition labels, as serving sizes, sodium and sugars vary. Kettle corn, for example, can have up to 4 teaspoons of sugar per 1¼-cup serving.
But Skinny Pop's original popcorn has zero grams of sugar and close to 4 cups per serving. Sodium levels can range too, from 75 milligrams for Skinny Pop's original popcorn to 310 milligrams for Wise's white cheddar version.
If you're popping at home in the microwave, choose light or lower-fat versions. Limit the amount of salt and butter you add, and consider adding herbs such as basil, oregano or red pepper flakes -- or even Parmesan cheese instead.

President Obama Brickhouse I've Even Got My Own Wall

0106_obama_house_construction_tmz_wm_launch2President Obama is taking a cue from Donald Trump ... he's building himself a wall.
We got photos of construction at Obama's soon-to-be D.C. rental. You also see construction in the garage. As we reported, it will become an office with a bathroom.
We broke the story ... the rental will be home until Sasha graduates so the Obamas needed the property outfitted for the Secret Service and ... it needed more fortification.
BTW ... he's getting a new neighbor. Ivanka Trump and fam are moving nearby to a rental.
At least the landlords know the checks will clear.
