Katy Perry revealed the name of her upcoming fourth major label album on Monday morning (May 15), Witness, which will drop on Capitol Records on June 9.

The release has already been preceded by the hit single "Chained to the Rhythm" with Skip Marley and the follow-up, "Bon Appétit" featuring Migos.

According to a release announcing the album, on Witness Perry "reflects on the changes in her own life and in the world around her, delivering songs that both challenge and inspire." She also announced the dates for the North American leg of Witness: The Tour, which will kick off on Sept. 7 at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio, and run through a Dec. 20 show at American Airlines Arena in Miami.
It will pick up again on Jan. 5, 2018 in New Orleans and is currently slated to run through a February 5 show in Vancouver.
Every ticket purchase for the tour also includes a copy of the Witness album. In addition, Perry has partnered with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to donate tickets to club members and volunteers and is giving fans a chance to earn free tickets by joining Global Citizen and taking action to support Boys & Girls Clubs of America; $1 from every ticket will be donated to Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Perry teased the album news on Sunday (May 14) with a brief video featuring what sounds like the bouncy title track. "Can I get a witness/ Will you be my witness/ I'm just looking for a witness in all of this/ Looking for a witness to get me through this," she sings.
Tickets for the U.S. dates go on sale to the general public on May 22 at 10 a.m., with the Canadian dates going on sale on May 26. There will also be a Verified Fan presale from May 18 (9 a.m.- 12 p.m.) in the U.S. and May 23 (10 a.m.- 10 p.m.) in Canada.
